Application: Classic Solitaire Set (com.solitaireplatform.solitairepack)

This policy explains what data the Classic Solitaire Set mobile application (the “App”) stores and what data may be collected by the advertising services included in the App.
I am the independent developer and publisher of Classic Solitaire Set. For questions about the App or this privacy policy, write to krasheninin.p.a@gmail.com.
The App saves the following locally, using the operating system’s standard app storage:
I do not receive this data and cannot access it. Android may automatically include it in a cloud backup or transfer it to another device, depending on your device and system backup settings. This is an Android system feature that I do not operate or control.
You can remove the local copy by clearing the App’s data in Android settings. Uninstalling the App removes its local data, but Android may retain a system backup and restore it if you install the App again. Backups are managed through your device and Google account settings.
The App is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are delivered through the Appodeal SDK (Appodeal Inc.). Appodeal uses a number of third-party advertising networks to provide ads. The App shows banner ads, interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads.
When the advertising SDK is active, it may automatically send data directly to Appodeal and its advertising partners. They may collect and process:

Appodeal and its partners use this data to deliver and measure ads, limit how often ads are shown, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalise advertising. They may process the data in different countries.
I do not operate the advertising systems and do not receive or store the information listed above about individual devices. I cannot use it to identify an individual player. Appodeal may provide me with combined totals, such as the number of ads shown and total advertising revenue.

The advertising networks used by Appodeal can change. Appodeal maintains the current list at the link above.
Depending on your location, the Appodeal SDK may present a privacy choice for personalised advertising. If a choice is shown, you may decline personalised advertising and continue to play the game. Some technical and advertising data may still be processed to deliver non-personalised ads, measure them and prevent fraud.

I do not have user accounts or a database of players. Local game data can be removed through Android settings as described in section 2. Any system backup is managed by Android and your Google account.
Advertising data is retained by Appodeal and its advertising partners according to their own policies. I cannot directly access, correct or delete data held in their systems. Requests concerning that data must be submitted to Appodeal or the relevant advertising partner using the links in sections 3 and 4.
The App is a general-audience solitaire game and is not designed for children under 13. It does not ask users for their name, e-mail address, age or other personal details. If you have a concern about advertising data relating to a child, contact me and Appodeal using the details above.
Game progress and settings are kept in Android’s private app storage. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. Advertising data is handled by Appodeal and its advertising partners under their own security practices.
I may update this policy if the App’s functionality or advertising partners change. The current version is always available at this address, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
